Holly Mosier

Ms. Mosier, a former actress, has been a trial lawyer since 1995.  She was valedictorian of her law school, graduating summa cum laude.  She clerked for Presiding Justice David Sills at the 4th District Court of Appeal in California.  She began her practice working for a major California medical malpractice defense firm, defending doctors and hospitals.  In 1998 she opened her own firm, representing plaintiffs in wrongful death actions, catastrophic personal injury matters and medical malpractice actions, among others.

Ms. Mosier has obtained large settlements and verdicts on behalf of her clients.  They include a $14 million settlement on behalf of a cyclist struck by a truck, a $6.4 million settlement arising from a premises liability claim, a $6 million settlement arising from negligence during a medical procedure on an infant, a $3 million settlement against the U. S. for a birth injury, a $2.6 million verdict against the VA for failure to timely diagnose cancer, a $2.5 million settlement with the Orange County Transit Authority (a record at that time) on behalf of a passenger injured by one of its buses, among other results.

Ms. Mosier is licensed to practice law in California and Arizona, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, Federal Ninth District Court of Appeal, Federal District Courts of California and Arizona, and California and Arizona state courts. She is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum (membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements), and a former Board of Director for the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
